Desk clerk polite when we checked in but missing in action when I came through other times.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Lots of noisy children.

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: Cleaning of the bathroom could of been a little better. I saw a few pieces of hair on the door and sink. Also would like to of known the pool wasn't going to be open.
