Liked: Very clean! Breakfast was good as well..more than just pastries and yogurt.
Disliked: I used a third party to book, and even though I had confirmed everything and had a reservation number, the staff seemed unable to find my reservation. It took over an hour to figure out, and I was made to feel like it was my fault, and was even told to call the third party to work it out. They eventually found the reservation, but the encounter left me feeling cold, and like it was my fault anyway. The staff needs to handle situations like this with a more professional demeanor.
