Disliked: Mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable. Springs in your back. First time I experienced this problem at a Hampton Inn.

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom had pink slime in it, the upholstery in the bedroom was torn and the stuffing was coming out, the chaise lounge had a big stain on it.

Liked: Check-in to the room was quick, the staff was attentive and kind. The room was spacious and clean enough. wonderful lighting of the toilet, corridor and main room. fresh breakfast, enough choice of products. We are traveling with small chihuahuas, there is a place to walk, very clean area around the hotel.
Disliked: Everything was fine. Thank you for the coffee machine in the room. No foreign odours were noticeable in the room.

Liked: The staff is always so kind and i love the cookies!!!!
Disliked: Have stayed there before the staff is always amazing, but I would have to say this time my room smelled like a wet dog and the bathroom floor and the corners and around the toilet were nasty. I ended up wiping around the toilet just to make sure that it was clean it has hair in the corners, we removed the trash bag inside the trashcan and it was disgusting like something spilled before us, I did tell the lady when I checked out and she said that there was new staffing training and I didn’t really make a big deal about it because I can’t. The staff is always so kind and I was able to overlook all of it but new employees or not Everyone should know how to clean the Bathroom, The stuff packed in the corners was pretty much like someone did not even try
