Crap.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Housekeeping was horrendous. Room never cleaned during the 3 day stay. I went to reception to get my own clean towels. Emailed general manager and no response. Will never stay there again.

Liked: Room was fine.
Disliked: Room smelled like a dog had been in there. Wasn’t sure if I had a pet room or if it wasn’t cleaned well.

Very comfortable.

Liked: Easy to get to. And accommodating suite for 3 nights. Clean. Nice breakfast. Nice Gym & laundry facility. Comfortable beds & pillows. Nice kitchenette.
Disliked: Convenient to grocery, gas & college.

Wish we stayed elsewhere

Liked: Staff at front desk and at breakfast. TV had Netflix and local
Disliked: No drapery that closed, only shears. Small rooms. Shower pan exterior rim was filthy. Area around toilet was rusty, peeling, old. Extremely overpriced both for what the conditions were and in comparison to other Seneca hotels.

Very poor

Disliked: Sound proofing. Heard neighbors showering like they were in the room. Whole floor shook when people ran down the halls. It was the worst stay in a Hampton Inn we’ve ever had.
