Liked: Room was spacious and breakfast was good.
Disliked: So, i requested an early check-in of 2pm because of a sick child. The request was approved by the property via booking.com. However, when I went in for an early check-in, a lady at the front desk rudely said - "Sorry i don't have anything until 4pm" - though even the regular check-in hours were 3pm. I insisted that regular check-in was at 3pm. She laughed at me as if to mock me and said in a condescending tone "But i told you i have nothing until 4pm"As I stood there still shocked by her behavior, I took my phone out to check my email on what the exact check-in time was. As I was browsing my phone in front of her, she said in an extremely ill mannered tone "Ok then??? byeeee" as if to say - did you not hear what i just said, now piss off.This was one of the worst check in experiences I have had in my life. No guest should be treated like this. If you cannot train your staff or hire good staff, you might as well close down.Never staying here again.

Liked: The breakfast in the hotel is well. They supply some change of eats every day.
Disliked: The air conditioning of the room in the hotel should be checked and should be confirmed to use well. I would appreciate it.
