Birthday trip
Liked: I really like the location. And the room was very comfortable and clean. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. Maybe a little bit more options. Overall, it was ok.

Horrendously rude employee
Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: The staff was so rude we had to leave immediately and they still charged us for the trip. Save your money and never book with booking or stay at this location.

Disliked: Hot water never got real hot in shower, it was comfortable but usually I have to turn the temp down. Did have maintenance come and check it in the afternoon and was told the temp was right where it should be 110 but my hot tub at 104 was hotter than this.

Not going to stay there...
Liked: Breakfast was fine - Nothing specialThey had internet but the limited 10mbps up and down so they could charge $5 a day more for "good" internetI wont be back (Comfort Inn has 20mbps up and down with no extra charge.Unless you are going to the Casino not really a place I would stay.
Disliked: They had water bottles in the room (not free) $5 per bottle, trying to get the price by saying it was for charity. That is not a way to sell sometlhing or get a donationPS: Brought my own water $1 ea. I have been down this road before.Room was nothing special

Hard beds and $500 for...
Disliked: We do not smoke or vape, and yet they told us that the device to monitor if someone was smoking or vaping in the room sent them an alert that we set it off, They would not give us any more information on it, the beds were so hard I woke up several times in pain. We refused to pay the $500 no smoking charges, so we were told we would be banned from the hotel, with beds that bad it is not a big loss also the parking lot was completely dark,
