Liked: The staff was awesome and friendly, from the front desk to the housekeepers. I love that the facility had the pool the children had something to do plus the gym was a plus thanks for the quality and care your hotel provided. Definitely recommend 10/10 thanks…

Will be back. Perfect location....

Liked: Breakfast options were great. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and biscuits was great morning options for hot breakfast. Plus the regular fare for waffles and cold items. Coffee was hot all day. Loved the look of the breakfast area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Close to sea world, close to other locations such as walmart and target and alot of food places
Disliked: Pool is indoor and smelled very much like chlorine...

Disliked: HORRIBLE LOCATION unless you want your vehicle broken into! Last night here and FOUR vehicles got broken into including ours. Police officer said previously they were called out to THIRTEEN vehicles broken into!! Hotel supposedly has “security” at night but NO ONE saw suspicious activity happening and offer no help with information on cameras. They have PRINT OUT FLYERS READY to hand out to customers with numbers to call for help with cameras!!
