I love the location - close to everything and I didn't even hear the traffic on the interstate. Definitely would stay again :)

Disliked: this is an antiquated property - not the usual usb connections, the bathroom shower door would hardly open or close ... then there was a power outage when I was taking a morning show ... scary and dangerous

Disliked: We did not have enough pillows. When we asked the desk, they said that housekeeping was closed and they couldn’t get us anymore. I believe you all should keep extra pillows in case they’re needed.

Loved being near the airport.

Liked: I have been before and the pool was heated. That is why I stayed there again. If I need to be near the airport, I will call first. The breakfast and staff were just wonderful. It was an easy check in, they kept my room even though our flight didn’t get in until midnight, and the room was wonderful.
Disliked: Pool was heated at some point… it wasn’t this visit.

Liked: I loved breakfast, there were a lot of options to choose from and it was nice to see the lunch bags for people in a rush or who couldn't get breakfast on time.
Disliked: I would have appreciated it if there was a heads-up about the deposit on the website. We got there and were surprised by the $250 deposit they were asking for. If I had known I wouldn't have booked this hotel even if it was nice to stay at, it doesn't make sense to me that I have to pay the $250 immediately but the hotel takes 3-7 days to give the deposit back.

A clean hotel with adequate...

Liked: The location was close to the airport. The hotel room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was adequate for my needs.
Disliked: The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and there was a loose tile in the floor of the bathroom right outside of the shower. These sorts of issues should have been noted by cleaning staff and addressed before the room is used by the next customer.

Liked: Close to my job. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking is crap!! This is just a stupid money grab. I'll think twice before staying at this hotel agian.
