It was below par for...

Liked: I found the room cold atmosphere. No easy chair or sofa . Just a desk chair or bed to sit or lay on ! Breakfast was cold and rubbery eggs and hash browns . Good coffee and muffin !

Liked: It was located in a good area
Disliked: Friday night it was so loud that is sounded like elephants wrestling upstairs past 10pm quiet time. It went on until 12:30. Then Saturday morning it started again at 7:30

Liked: Decent breakfast, good location, a nice hot tub in the spa area.
Disliked: Limited gym equipment

Liked: Great location, friendly staff and a clean room.
Disliked: A tremendous amount of noise late into the evening with kids running around. It was hard to sleep. There was no towels in the pool area. The pool water was dirty. Even with goggles on we couldn't see underwater, the water was filmy. One toilet wasn't functional and the other washroom had a broken door handle so you couldn't close it.

Pool hot tub awful room...

Disliked: The pool too strong chemicals caused eyes to burn and left rash could barely breathe I told staff and they said others were complaining and when people pee in the pool it sends more chemicals in the pool and more people more chemicals shoot in the pool got phone call asked if we were banging and we were quiet in bed people running up and down the hallway it was so loud

Liked: The breakfast was great! Kids enjoyed the water slide and the hot tub.
Disliked: We stayed for 2 nights. We requested a rollout bed when we booked. On the day of arrival, a staff member confirmed about it at check-in, but then we never got it the first night. Called the front dask, they said they dont have anything left, so all we got was whole bunches of blankets. We used, put the sofa cushions for a bed, and put all the blankets to sleep on. It was already late at night for kids, so we talked to the front desk the next morning, and we did get a rollout bed, and it was all good. One thing, their toilet paper was really poor quality. Something you would see in Cuba. We had to buy a bag of toilet paper.
