Liked: Breakfast was great. Kids loved the waterslide.
Disliked: The room was nothing as described on Booking.comThere was no couch as advertised. and Cots were not free, they cost 15 dollers.The hot tub was not working which was the main deciding factor for booking this property.The hotel was unable to offer any resolution to assist with these issuesOur child had to sleep in a crib she barley fit in.

Disliked: No fault of the staff whatsoever, we unfortunately had people next door that were very loud into the night, once a call was made to front desk, they dealt with issue immediately

Very frustrating the front desk...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: There was a couple in the room next to me. They were extremely loud and were fighting/arguing all evening into the early morning hours. Despite asking the front desk to intervene, they only did once and did nothing when the fighting escalated into the early morning hours. It made it extremely difficult to sleep. The hotel should have dealt with the matter where it didn’t cause the fighting to carry on into the morning hours.

Comfortable, clean, nice room.

Liked: Comfortable, convenient, plenty of space for two friends.
Disliked: Definitely, not keen on paper plates and cups, and plastic cutlery. Would not expect that of such a hotel chain. Not great for the environment, not great to use as guests.
