Liked: Great location, friendly staff and a clean room.
Disliked: A tremendous amount of noise late into the evening with kids running around. It was hard to sleep. There was no towels in the pool area. The pool water was dirty. Even with goggles on we couldn't see underwater, the water was filmy. One toilet wasn't functional and the other washroom had a broken door handle so you couldn't close it.

Disliked: The pool too strong chemicals caused eyes to burn and left rash could barely breathe I told staff and they said others were complaining and when people pee in the pool it sends more chemicals in the pool and more people more chemicals shoot in the pool got phone call asked if we were banging and we were quiet in bed people running up and down the hallway it was so loud

Liked: The breakfast was great! Kids enjoyed the water slide and the hot tub.
Disliked: We stayed for 2 nights. We requested a rollout bed when we booked. On the day of arrival, a staff member confirmed about it at check-in, but then we never got it the first night. Called the front dask, they said they dont have anything left, so all we got was whole bunches of blankets. We used, put the sofa cushions for a bed, and put all the blankets to sleep on. It was already late at night for kids, so we talked to the front desk the next morning, and we did get a rollout bed, and it was all good. One thing, their toilet paper was really poor quality. Something you would see in Cuba. We had to buy a bag of toilet paper.

Disliked: Both beds, the king and the pullout couch were not up to hospitality standards. The pullout was so full of springs that it was painful to lay on. My daughter had to sleep on the floor, it was that bad. Front desk said they were out of extra blankets, so she had no warmth or comfort on the floor, except one thin blanket and a sheet. The king mattress was too broken down, especially on the left side, and was extremely unsupportive for even a small adult. I have never complained about a hotel experience in all my years, but this time, I feel obligated to say I was thoroughly disappointed. 3 of 4 family members had uncomfortable beds and we aren't picky hotel guests.
