Very disappointing

Liked: Price
Disliked: Well the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the shower was cold and the groutwas falling out, there was no extra pillows, blankets and not enough towels. Also we habe a disabled person with us and we couldnt park in handicapped spot cause it was filled with snow...the whole parking lot was terrible. When we went for breakfast we had no where to sit and we asked the front desk and they never offer any resolutions when people we just sitting there using the tables to sit and talk and eat.
