Disappointing

Disliked: The lady who was manning your breakfast buffet is rude. She was giving dirty looks at everyone who is accidentally spilling a little bit of food while filling their plate. We asked for a late check out but was not granted.

Other than 5 people squeezing...

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: It was advertised as a suite, and we requested for 5 people stay. A room did say two queen size beds, but I expected a pull out sofa since it was a suite. I was surprised to find out that it was a regular room. We had to request an extra portable bed for $40 more.

Liked: I didn't like anything. Read more about it below. Thanks.
Disliked: I called Booking.com to cancel my reservation and attempt to get a refund. Booking customer service told me they sent a cancellation notice to the hotel to confirm but when I called Hampton, they said they never received a cancellation notice from Booking. I called Booking customer service back for a second time and they sent another cancellation notice incase they didn't see the first. I called Hampton again to see if they got the second notice to which they told me they didn't. I feel like I got scammed and will never use Booking or Hampton again.

Breakfast was actually the best...

Liked: The place is a little outdated or worn down, I expected a little more for the price of the location of the property, rooms are small, and there is little to no privacy you can hear people talking or the noise of the TV in the other room.
Disliked: furniture is outdated and worn down. TV programming is confusing and obsolete as well. the place does not feel welcoming.
