It could have been a...

Liked: the rooms and the facilities, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good,
Disliked: Despite asking for a quiet room, we got a room next to the ice maker, causing constant low frequency noise, interfering with sleep and therefore leading to the lower ratingWhen mentioned the noise to the desk associate, the comment was completely ignored

High price but nice

Liked: I like how quite it is. I also like how secure the place is. Don't have to worry about all of the homeless.
Disliked: The price. Came to almost $420 a night.
