Liked: The gentlemen at the evening check in was extremely welcoming. They saw that we were traveling with children and immediately informed us about cookies and hot chocolate that were available. Thank you for that! Also, the breakfast was great- Egg omelets, potatoes and sausage, French toast, cereal, fruit, bagels etc.
Disliked: The homeless encampment around the bend was not pleasant (the railings in the parking lot + security helped ease any concerns).
