Excellent staff from check in to continental breakfast staff.

Liked: Staff is excellent and very accommodating.
Disliked: It would have been nice if there was an outside pool, but not that big of a deal.

Great hotel, close to everything.

Disliked: I left my husband Shirt ( color red) inside closet when I checked out in the morning around 10 AM on October 17Next day, 10.30 AM, October 18, I called asked for it.The staff said: nothing in there!I am guaranteed that I left the Red shirt at the room 111 because my husband looks into luggage today ( October 18) to wear but not found!We are staying in other hotel in Pensyvilna after checking out Victoria!

Disliked: I was not impressed with the pillows that were more like towels then pillows. Also the breakfast although complimentary was one of the worst I have experienced in all my hotel stays over the years. Quite disappointing!
