Excellent staff from check in to continental breakfast staff.

Liked: Staff is excellent and very accommodating.
Disliked: It would have been nice if there was an outside pool, but not that big of a deal.

Liked: Absolutely loved the staff!! Everyone was very friendly upon arrival and throughout the 2 night stay.Entire facility was actually CLEAN! The ambiance was cozy!
Disliked: The firmness of the pillows and the fact that there were lots of underaged ,unsupervised children in the hot tub and the exercise room!They were also running around in the hallways.

Disliked: Refrigerator in room was broken, bed had a big slump in the middle and was so uncomfortable also the bathroom sink was filthy. Breakfast was typical. Apple juice and orange juice was watered down to the point of no flavor. Had to take the stairs with 3 kids since elevator was broken too.

Liked: Our 1bedroom suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great! Staff was great!
Disliked: The heating/cooling in the main living room & bedroom wasn’t consistent. Only (1) regular coffee packet in room, could have used more but coffee in the lobby tasted better anyway.

Disliked: Beds very small and short. fireplace in entryway wasn’t working. They didn’t clean our room for 3 nights and had to go get more towels ourselves . Bedding & towels were scratchy. Breakfast was basic
