It was ok. I think...
Liked: We had a Queen suite and it was very spacious. We were about 45 minutes early for check in and they were able to accommodate us. The gym was well equipped and in good working order. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. I love it when there is fresh fruit and already made oatmeal, rather than the oatmeal packets. They also had a baked good of the day - a cinnamon scone that was tasty.
Disliked: It looks like they are in the process of upgrading/freshening up, which is good. The desk chair in our room was very dirty and needs to be replaced. The air conditioner, while functioning, was so loud, we had to turn it off to sleep. We then realized that it was drowning out the road noise.

Liked: The facilities and the amenities overall. Clean, safe and secure.
Disliked: Would’ve appreciated a water fountain or refill station. Other than that no complaints at all.

Very clean and comfy

Ripped off,
Liked: Very clean, comfortable bed.
Disliked: We are a disabled couple, I paid a bit extra for a King size room,, instead was given a queen bed. I had emailed a request for a room on the ground floor, as close to the Lobby as possible. I received a email from Hampton Inn that they could accommodate my request. When I che, but it has queen beds.I paid extra for a King room, no adjustment to the payment was made.cked in they tried to assign me a room on the third floor, I explained that we had requested and paid for a room on the ground floor, the clerk said they only had a room on the ground floor. No adjustment was made in my payment. I had a similar problem when I booked this hotel a few years ago, Won't be staying at a Hampton Inn again.
