Not so good

Liked: Bed was comfortable when we finally got to sleep. 2 fire drills at night with a dog. Loud alarm of course. Never got some credit for that and never got refunded for the dog like you promised. I’ll never stay in Richmond. $248. Ridiculous.
Disliked: No credit for dog and for 2 fire drills. Very stressful.

Would stay here again.

Liked: It was very clean and we had a stressful week so it was nice not having to worry about anything else.

Liked: The property was very nice. It was well kept everything was clean.
Disliked: I loved the staff nice and very helpful. Made sure we didn’t need anything.
