Exceptional

Liked: The facility was very clean. Our room was a great size with a very comfortable bed! Our bathroom was spacious with large shower. We definitely will stay here again!
Disliked: N/A

Couldn't have been better.

Liked: The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and superb.
Disliked: They could have offered a balcony room.

Good

Liked: The staff was very nice and attentive. Hotel and room was very clean .
Disliked: Our room was right next to the stairwell and we could hear all night long the door slamming shut. We could also hear the room above us walking around.

We will stay again.

Liked: Very clean. Parking convenient. Beds and pillows were good. Breakfast was better than anticipated.
Disliked: Need stronger coffee. Dark roast please.

Disliked: Hard to navigate booking vs local management issue with reservation.

Not so good

Liked: Bed was comfortable when we finally got to sleep. 2 fire drills at night with a dog. Loud alarm of course. Never got some credit for that and never got refunded for the dog like you promised. I’ll never stay in Richmond. $248. Ridiculous.
Disliked: No credit for dog and for 2 fire drills. Very stressful.
