Clean; comfortable; great breakfast; nice staff.
Liked: Beds; clean, large rooms.

Liked: Room was nice and big but dated. Smart elevators good. Staff were really nice and friendly.
Disliked: Dates facilities, breakfast was poor, confusing which reception to use for the two hotels- told to use the other one because ours was closed.

Liked: Nothing, I didn't like the studio because I needed a private bedroom, so I didn't stay there but was still charged the full price. I don't like going through a 3rd party because Hampton Inn & Suites said that didn't charge me, but somebody took my money, and it all points to Booking.com. I don't want to deal with Booking.com for my reservations. The outcome was not good.
Disliked: As I stated that Booking.com cheated me as far as I'm concerned. I don't want to deal with them anymore.

Overall, only stayed one night...
Liked: Good variety of breakfast, plenty of seating. Bed was firm and comfy. Loved the big roomy shower. The bar on top floor was awesome, plenty of room & seating. Great views. Good vibes.
Disliked: At breakfast the scrambled eggs were cold, Sausages were tuff, potatoes were nice. Filled our coffee mug to go next morning & didn't realise until in car & driving the hot water was actually cold. Floor in our room was covered in hair that went all over our clothes. Pillows way to soft & woke with sore neck. $25 a night to park your car, i thought was a bit steep if i was staying more than one night, would add up very quick.

Liked: Room was a great size. Comfortable.
Disliked: The remote needed batteries, only one roll of toilet paper and had to call front desk. The heating system took a long time to warm up our room.
