The hotel was ok but...

Liked: The property had a good location and staff was mostly nice.
Disliked: Our room was never serviced the entire time we were there. We even called and arranged service and no one came to clean our room. We were there 4 nights and had to go done every night and ask for towels and necessities. We even had a front desk person give us attitude when we tried to schedule service.

Liked: The hotel was very nice, and the staff was excellent.My biggest issue is that I booked and paid for my room a week in advance but when we got there the room was not available. I was told that booking over booked the rooms. There was only one room available thst I had to take and a family member had to sleep on a couch. My thought is that it's a horrible practice to take a room from someone who paid a week in advance.

Liked: Room was nice and big but dated. Smart elevators good. Staff were really nice and friendly.
Disliked: Dates facilities, breakfast was poor, confusing which reception to use for the two hotels- told to use the other one because ours was closed.
