Nice Hotel, Bad location

Liked: The hotel was nice. Smelled amazing. The morning breakfast was very good. Things felt clean and fresh inside the hotel.
Disliked: The hotels surrounding locations were not as expected. Paying to park was something I did not expect. The parking deck was very scary at nighttime. The security guy working at the hotel actually told us he suggested we didn't return back in there until morning when we had to go get something from our vehicle around 10:30pm. The bars across the street were so loud. Even with the sound noise running on the tv and ear plugs- it was a lot!!!

Liked: Front desk were always friendly and super kind.
Disliked: Teensy pool! And I wish there had been a hot tub after a long drive :-)

Liked: Was not aware it was surrounded by clubs. Music was loud and pumping til after 2am. Was not prepared for this but now I understand why there were two sets of earplugs left by the tv.
Disliked: Everything was great except the clubs next door

Great location and excellent staff!

Liked: The STAFF and ROOMS were excellent. Very friendly/responsive staff. This hotel is in a great location (Glenwood Ave.)
Disliked: The breakfast food area is a bit small/tight, especially during rush breakfast hours.
