Disliked: When we arrived Booking.com did not have our reservations! Took over an hour to get things straightened out. Not happy with booking.com at all. Will stop using this app after our next booked trip.

Wonderful Downtown Raleigh Hotel

Liked: I loved how beautiful everything was. The room was nice, amenities were nice, the WIFI was also great too!!The breakfast was super good and the location to everything downtown Raleigh was everything!!

Decent budget hotel in a...

Liked: Good location for Raleigh downtown. Decent gym.
Disliked: It’s a budget Hilton chain so service and breakfast was on the budget end. But in line with the price. Was a shame the pool was closed during my stay.

Everything I could have wished...

Liked: Staff were super friendly. Love the personal touch of my name on the TV when we walked in. Soap and lotion products have a nice, neutral scent. Pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Easy walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Parking available.
Disliked: Elevator was creaky and location could have been better. Bar outside our room was very loud until about 1 or 2 AM and it’s obvious the hotel knows it’s a problem because they provide earplugs. Additional charges, or hidden fees, when I arrived ($50 cleaning fee? and $20 a night for parking).

Great Overnight Stay

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing! We went on a family trip to Raleigh for a night. It was Grandma, 2 daughters and 4 grandkids. The kids loved the hotel! They had a cocoa bar out. While we were warming up with some cocoa a staff member brought the kids over some craft activities! The pool was perfect size for the kids to play. The hotel was very clean!
