Disliked: Beginning to look dated, maybe time for upgrade in some parts, mechanicals, carpets,

There was no stay, money...

Liked: I was not allowed to stay there because I love in the same town. I am having the hardest time trying to get my money back from booking.com. I will never use this service again, nor stay at a hampton inn and suites due to this experience.
Disliked: My money was taken from me and I was not allowed to sleep here. I had to travel 30 miles to stay at a different place. I will never recommend booking.com to anyone due to this experience.

Not what it is advisted...

Disliked: The pool and Hot Tub have been out of order seeing as the hot tub was full of rocks/dirt and had grass growing…no fans in the bathroom, elevator was out of order the night of arriving…even though I paid through booking… they still ran my card for the total of the room then had to refund it…..

Don't be fooled there is...

Liked: The office staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was deliciousThe room was large enough that our family had room to do what they needed.
Disliked: The pool was out of order (the main reason I had chosen the hotel) and the listing said 2 pools but there is only one that is half inside and half outside. The breakfast staff woman was rude, and would closely monitor and stand over you, telling you that is enough.The house cleaning staff was rude, when she was right outside our door I asked her if we could get a towel change for our room and she sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes, replying with a yeah when I thanked her.There were 2 or 3 rooms that had dogs that would bark for hours at a time, the smallest noise would get them going and they wouldn't stop.The beds are on a solid base but they are not level and during the night the bed would slowly shift/slide towards the wall, and the mattress would be hanging off the base by morning. There is no bathroom fan to turn on so when taking showers the whole room becomes steamy and hot.

I definitely will be booking...

Liked: All the staff was nice. The property was clean very convenient to the location of where I need to be. I can honestly say I really enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: That I wasn’t able to stay longer! There was nothing bad about this place

Our suite was very clean....

Disliked: I did not like having to pay to park my car in your lot. That is ridiculous

Liked: Very comfortable. Had coffee and hot chocolate station in lobby. It was very inviting

Disliked: Noisy room. Things run down in room annd falling apart
