Great experience-we will return to...
Liked: Breakfast was good, the room was large & comfortable. We had a great time & will return to this hotel.
Disliked: Wallpaper was peeling in 1 section of the bedroom, but that's literally the only thing.

Liked: Staff was amazing. Very welcoming, text every day to make sure that we didn't need anything. Location was good, bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Rooms are very good size.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Disliked: Check-in was a total disaster. Front desk clerk ran my credit card through for the total amount and then realized that my stay was already paid through booking.com. Clerk apologized and told me that I would have to get a refund from booking.com. I attempted to get refund from booking.com and after 4 e-mails I was unable to have the mistake resolved. This past Friday I drove to the hotel (approx 75 miles) and asked to speak with the manager and after her refusal to resolve the issue taking approx 20 minutes of discussion, she finally agreed to credit my credit card but the stay would still remain as an unpaid bill. On Saturday I did show a credit to my credit card. Very perplexing situation in which the clerk and manager were very reluctant to resolve the issue. Although they did correct the charge, it was still a very perplexing event.
