Liked: Everyyywas good. Breakfast was adequate for gluten free choices.
Disliked: I think that your pet fee of $75 for one night and no refundable amount is too expensive. Not a problem if we were staying multiple nights but there should be a single night rate or refundable amount if no damage is detected. Not practical for overnight travelers with pets.

Liked: The breakfast was bare minimal. The ham discs were hard and overcooked . Concentration of attention was on waffles and canned whip cream. A hit with the children.
Disliked: Located on the side of the freeway was a concern upon my check in at 2:30 pm. I requested a top floor room located on the quiet side of the hotel. The clerk said she could see what she could do. The best she said she could do was the second from the top floor room with a location further down the hall. This was at 2:30 pm. The hotel lot had about nine cars parked in it. Anyway, the room was located on the freeway side. This stay was my 27th stay on my trip and it was the worst sleep I have ever had. The noise was terrible all night. I could identify by sound every semi and motorcycle that went by. I am certain that this clerk gave me the worst room in the hotel. I was going to confront her in the morning but unfortunately she was off duty. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Shame on this clerk My requests could have been accommodated very easily, especially at 2:30 pm. I’m pissed !!!
