Liked: Location clean friendly
Disliked: Internet was unusable. WiFi not free unless you join the Hotel club. Was in Prescott for business and had to cancel my meetings because I could not get a good connection. Purchased the upgraded wifi and still was not good enough. Even after working with the hotel and their tech support it was just not fast enough.

Liked: I already did a review, but I don't remember where. Now I can't remember the front desk agents names, but they really fixed us up with a great room – I was so impressed and pleased! The breakfast was great as always — love it. Thank you very much.
Disliked: I can't think of anything besides maybe the elevators could be updated. Someone told me the property is going to be remodeled, but I hope they keep it the same but updated. I've always enjoyed staying there.

Would stay again.

Liked: Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to family. Morning desk lady was very helpful with reservation mixup which was made through Hilton reservations, not through the hotel directly. We have stayed in this Hampton Inn in Prescott Valley many times and usually have a great experience. In fact we like to stay in HI wherever we travel because we know what to expect.
Disliked: We usually give Hampton Inn in Prescott Valley the highest rating. However there were several things on this trip that were out of the norm on our estimation. These included a mixup with reservation, Floor in bathroom sticky and body wash in shower empty. Shower head didn't work properly. Microwave in room didn't work well and poorly lit inside cabinet so had to use flashlight on phone to see buttons. Lights by bed too dim to read by. AC rattled. Several of the pillows were so lumpy they were not usable. No decaf coffee in Lobby in evening. (They gave us decaf packets for our room pot but the real creamers were not in the room so we had to go back down to the lobby to get creamers. We will not use powdered creamers in room.)
