Great location for a stay...

Liked: Very clean contemporary facilities. Fabulous location - walking distance to restaurants and shops. Free breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.

Liked: The place was overall great! The hot breakfast the first day was ok and better on the 2nd day. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: I was unaware at the time of booking that the pool was going to be closed. I even called before booking to see if the pool would be open and the gentleman on the phone said yes it would be. Upon check in, we were told it wasn’t open. Very disappointing since the only reason we booked at this hotel was for the pool so my daughter could use it.

Walk everywhere from this hotel

Liked: Great location for walking around portsmouth. Great variety of food for the free breakfast. Fresh cookies in lobby in the afternoon!We stay here for concerts at Jimmys and Music Hall both 4 minutes to walk to.
Disliked: Construction occurring, but not much of an issue for us.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was great and the location was excellent.
Disliked: Hotel is undergoing renovations. We weren’t affected much but there was plastic on the floor of one elevator.
