Uncomfortable

Liked: It was clean and a good location. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: The bed was horribly uncomfortable, and it made a loud noise any time you rolled over. The TV remote didn't work but the staff got us a new one. There were screaming children in the hallway at 9 p.m., and no one did anything about it. I hardly slept at all due to how uncomfortable it was. We were going to stay an additional night because there was a snowstorm, but they were going to charge us double what we spent the first night. So we just opted to make the 3 hour drive home in a snow storm.

Liked: Close to interstate, clean and a lovely breakfast to begin the next day of travel
Disliked: Nothing

Great location and decent value...

Liked: Location has easy highway and shopping access. Room was spacious and quiet.
Disliked: Maintenence seems poor. Walls are peeling in places despite seeming relatively new. Morning staff was not friendly

Disliked: The pool was down and I booked this hotel for my grandkids to enjoy staying with me and swim.

Liked: Free breakfast.
Disliked: Staff was in a bad mood. No one seemed like they wanted to be at work. Hotel was clean enough but not great. Would not stay here again. Asked to be in joined rooms with my family. When we arrived there were no notes stating that and so we were not even on the same floor.
