Great value

Liked: Looks to be a newer construction hotel. Make your own waffles for breakfast is nice. Great value!
Disliked: My two complaints is that, we had a dead tv remote, and brought it to their attention that morning, and the customer service representative said they would drop off a new one later that day. When we got back later that night, nothing was done. The other one for being a newer construction, I was shocked to see the lamination peeling off an end table.

Disliked: We had booked online the Hampton Inn when we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation. We didn’t know there were 2 Hampton Inns. It would have been nice if the front desk told us and called the other hotel because that’s where the reservation was made. So we ended up paying for a night with you and a night at the other hotel.so we are out 300 .

We loved the location, staff...

Liked: The breakfast had enough choices for my family. The kids always like the waffle maker. Even though ours both stuck to the hot surface, it tasted fine in the end.
Disliked: The chlorine in the pool was so strong and gave us all headaches. We were hoping for a nice relaxing vacation, but all 3 of us couldn't shake the headache after swimming.
