Disappointed and not worth for...

Liked: Not good at all , i did not like service at all ,asked 2 times to provide me mountain view room to front desk personnel , one of the front desk guys was very rude and he almost declined but then other person didn’t help me either and give me parking view room which was useless. Breakfast option was very limited.Didn’t even have necessities

Liked: It was very close to the hospital.
Disliked: I asked for handicap accessible. The shower was not accessible except for a grab bar. Toilet was not a high profile. There was no hair dryer, so I had to ask for one.

Liked: Very clean, except the bathroom.Comfortable, nice pillows, nice pool and hot tub. Complementary Coffee in the lobby, very good, with an assortment of creamers and sweeteners.Professional front desk manager.
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty, the toilet base and floor were pretty grimy, and the shower had someone else’s hair in it.

property claiming ignorance and lying...

Disliked: The property had no hot water and didn't disclose at check-in, I am now in dispute for full refund with booking.com, the property had boiler failure the previous day with no hot water for 2 days and did not disclose. The property will claim ignorance but that's not an excuse for poor service and lying at check-in. I should have been notified of the hot water problem and I should have been allowed to choose if I wanted to stay, 100% transparency is the best way to serve customers. The hotel took that decision away from me and decided to hide their problems.
