Disliked: just wanted a hotel with a hot tub. not many options in Plattsburgh that's why i love going to this hotel. got to my room and all suited up to soak after a long day and heading to the hot tub. To say I was disappointed when I got to the pool room was an understatement. hot tub was out of order. I was looking forward to this all week and it put such a damper on a mother daughter get away. if we had known it was out of order, we would not have came. it was literally the main reason for our trip. I know things happen but I'm also allowed to be disappointed in something I was looking forward to. when we asked at the front desk when it was going to be in working order again, they seemed bothered and annoyed.
