Not coming back!

Liked: The beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No one was there to greet us. We arrived at about 6:00pm on Friday. My son and I used the restroom and returned to the reservation desk and still no one was there. I finally knocked on the key coded door and a young woman appeared. She seemed preocuppied. Said our room was ready. Took my info and gave me our key cards. I had to ask where to park and how to access our room. It felt as if I should know where I was going. Very irritating after a long drive. The hot tub had a green color that was not very inviting and the "hot" breakfast was also disappointing. There were a large number of people and what was left was cold and unappetizing. I would not stay here again. Way too much money for such disappointing service.

Disliked: Being close to freeway noise. We originally wanted to bring our dog with us ( he is a 10 year old schnauzer) but after we booked through Booking, com we found out the price for one night was 75,00 jus for him..for one night. That was half of the rate we paid for two adults. We tried to cancel the reservation but it was too late so we boarded our dog instead for 35 dollars. You need to publish your animal rate with Booking.com instead of advertising your hotel is "pet friendly".. we won't use you again.
