Convenient location at a reasonable...

Liked: The breakfast was good with good variety. There are not enough tables but there is a large table that seats about a dozen if you don't mind sitting with people you don't know.
Disliked: The carpet in the room was dirty with stains and there is a little mildew in the shower. The heat in the room was difficult to keep in a comfortable range. Also for me the bed was a little hard and gave me shoulder aches.

Liked: Once you left main floor, it was not clean or maintained.
Disliked: Our room was very disappointing in how dirty and unkept it was. The floors had a spill of sticky substance which I washed upon arrival. The washroom had food and other disturbing things all over the door, sink didn’t have cold water, toilet ran nonstop after flushing.The room itself had not been vacuumed/cleaned. The carpet had food droppings, the skirt on the bed was horribly stained and the pillows had a harsh odour. When I complained to the woman at the front, she said she was going to tell management immediately- I never heard from anyone.

Good hotel for a night...

Liked: We chose this hotel for a one-night stay after a long flight to Phoenix airport. It is conveniently located, just a few minutes from the airport parking lot. The room was spacious and well maintained. A little bare, but with a nice big bathroom.
Disliked: A few more decorations in the big room would have been nice. No comments on room size and bathroom size.
