Disliked: Seemed a little dated for what we paid! Carpet- cabinet holding the refrigerator wouldn’t close!

Liked: The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo, and other attractions. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and hardworking.
Disliked: It’s impossible to close the blackout curtains! Light came into the room all night long through the sheer curtains above the air conditioner. The furniture showed signs of wear and impact marks from years of use and abuse. The corridors had a chemical smell. The air conditioner was noisy. The stairs are as far from the elevators as possible, which makes it inconvenient for people who prefer to take the stairs.

Liked: Donnie was grea! Give that man a raise. To be the only fellow on duty and come to our room to further clean after we found our room cleanliness unsatisfactory proves Donnie is a huge assett to your hotel
Disliked: Room coun ter and floors dirty. bed was not made well. We almost believed someone had slept in it before our arrival

Liked: Located very near to ASU campus.
Disliked: When we checked in I told the receptionist that I wanted the room to be cleaned daily. It was cleaned the next day, but not the day after. When I called reception at about 8pm, after being out the entire day, I received no apology and had to go to the front desk to get my own towels.Also, there was dried blood on the comforter. I have photos, if you would like to see them.
