room great, reservation process through...

Liked: Booking.com reservation process was horrible. They failed, but hotel staff made everything right. Gave us an upgrade because booking.com didn't have a clue what they were doing, and no reservation was actually made. My family spent 45 minutes in the car during the checkin, while I tried to sort things out. Eventually, all was good.
Disliked: booking.com agent blamed the hotel for the failure of the reservation to go through.. 2 hours after booking. I hope I get my money back from booking/.com

Superb

Liked: Very nice and clean facility. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good nice variety.
Disliked: Bed was way too soft. Pool was very salty and wasn't very clean.
