We really hated to leave. The bed was so soft and comfortable. We look forward to staying again.

Liked: Great sleeping.
Disliked: We couldn't figure out how to control the temperature of the room.

The facility and staff were...

Liked: Carol sorted out the problem Booking.com created by not entering the correct dates of our stay even though I had an email and paperwork with confirmation number for the correct dates.
Disliked: The Booking.com system had earlier dates that were incorrect; consequently, the reservation for the 19 and 20 was not in the Hampton's system. Contact with Booking.com staff was BS as the service rep did understand English and the issue. BIG PROBLEM!!!!
