Liked: Location, staff, cleanliness, and breakfast were all wonderful.
Disliked: Based on similar lodgings that I've stayed at across the upper mitt over many years, this is one of the highest in price for minimal amenities. While I appreciate the overall quality, the cost is not justified. The exercise area is minimal. The only perk was breakfast, and I paid extra for that. Overall, it was another gouging rate that prevented me from staying longer.

Very comfortable bed and convenient...

Liked: Great location on the main street through Petoskey. Tons of restaurant options and shopping near by. View of the bay close by is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean! It was nice having an ice machine on our floor. The room had a refrigerator, which was a nice bonus.
Disliked: We stayed on the first floor and the hallway was freezing cold. The door to the patio in the room didn't have enough covering with the curtain so some light came through, but not too bad. The view of the bay from the room would have been better from the second to fourth floors. I didn't think the room should be sold as bay view as most of the view was of the roof of the business next door.
