Annoying and Disappointing
Liked: It probably would have been a wonderful stay but unfortunately, it was CHAOS when I arrived. There were 50 plus kids running amuck around the lobby, up and down halls, playing with the elevators, making the pool area unaccessible or usable. The poor front desk gal (she was trying to be so patient while fielding all the complaints from other guests about the kids) was at her wits end because the parents/chaperones were doing nothing to try and control the kids. Instead they were just lounging in the social/breakfast area drinking and ignoring the problem.
Disliked: It was loud, disruptive, and the cheer and basketball teams were inconsiderate as were the parents/chaperones for not bothering to keep their kids under control.

Very good
Liked: The breakfast was great, the people were great,
Disliked: My room had some issues. I was home for a funeral and didn't have much time. But the bathroom door actually got stuck and couldn't get out at one time, thank goodness I had a relative over who could push the door in so it would unroll, and the tile is loose in the bathroom and the ceilings are cracking but other than that it was pretty good. It was comfortable and clean other than those small issues. The room number was 307 and I would definitely have somebody fix the door because it rolls past the guide on the floor and then you can't roll it open again, thanks.
