Disliked: Chairs in breakfast area sit too low.. hard for older person to get up.

Liked: The room was fine but we had noisy neighbors and lots of highway traffic noise all night. The hot water in the breakfast area was Luke warm and eggs really tasted salty and processed. Maybe cheese or salsa might have helped.

Condescending staff

Liked: It would be nice if the staff realized the importance of making guest feel welcomed instead of being condescending. I will be making many trips back since my grandson is now living in Florida but we will definitely be staying at a different establishment

Disliked: traffic noise all night in spite of very nice draperies. they should have put in better, soundproof windows. the room is a weird set-up. chairs in the breakfast room are heavy, short and completely uncomfortable (food and coffee are very good). air conditioner - wasn't clear wether to use the wall thermostat or the settings on the unit. the wall thermostat didn't work.
