Liked: The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Great for kids. The pool was a great bonus.
Disliked: There is no restaurant on site but we didn't mind at all. The hotel was great, but our experience with the staff upon check-in really put a damper on the experience.

Pleasant

Liked: The warm breakfast was nice and had a variety of options. The staff in this building are incredible and are always willing to help with whatever was needed. The wifi was slow at times. Our room was clean and comfortable. Grounds are salted well in the winter.
Disliked: The locks on the door are battery-powered NFC, so when the lock unit dies, you can't get into your room. We got locked out of our room for hours during our stay, then they had to call in maintenance who wasn't on site at the time (which we were very grateful for) to replace the ENTIRE lock unit. So even when we were able to get into our room, there was someone there with us. It was very frustrating to not receive any compensation for this because we booked through this website.
