Not impressed

Liked: Beautiful facility. Well appointed.
Disliked: Chairs in room were stained and had crumbs on them. Chairs in facility had stains. Did not like extra charges that are complimentary at other high end hotels. Prices are higher at this location than the other okc locations

Liked: Rooms are spacious and beds are really comfortable. Front desk was super friendly and helpful.

Liked: Location is amazing and staff is friendly! We have stayed here numerous times before. Lobby and first floor were well kept and clean!
Disliked: This time, everything looked a little run down. The hallway needed to be vacuumed. The elevator button was popping out and appeared broken. The elevator never came and had to use the stairs while pregnant and holding a toddler. Shower had little strands of hair left in 3 different spots. Shower floor was stained purple. I don’t think it was worth 124 for less than 24 hours! If I planned on staying longer, the location is worth it and I would pay that amount, but it would only be bc of the location.

Liked: easy on/off from Memorial and near many restaurants and medical abilities. Quiet atmosphere unless you have people above you pounding around like they were wielding hammers
