Disliked: I got locked out of my room in my pajamas because the battery died in my room key card. I had to go downstairs in my pajamas twice.

Liked: Location was perfect.
Disliked: Bed uncomfortable. Too noisy!! Breakfast was a puzzle to find, due to construction. Staff was ok, not all that friendly. Worst overnight stay at a Hampton, ever.

Liked: The pool keypad wouldn't let us in. We asked for help from staff, but they never returned. The pool looked nice from the window, but we weren't excited that everyone on the street could look in, too. Traveling with kids, we would have liked it to be a bit more private for just the hotel.
Disliked: While checking in we got a "here is your key and room number" but that was all. Would have liked more information on what the hotel offered and whats around the area
