Liked: The room was recently renovated and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The WiFi didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. The listing said they had a fitness center, but they closed it during renovations. Disappointed

Liked: The breakfast was good. The location was well marked. The hotel is being renovated. The room we stayed in was updated, quiet and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast room will be nice when the renovation is complete. For now it is clean but average.

Liked: Check in was easy and efficient. Location was ideal.
Disliked: Hampton Inn & Suites is always my “goto” hotel when traveling due to its cleanliness and comfort…this particular room did not live up to my expectations. Apparently this particular hotel is in the process of renovations and I get the impression my particular room is on the list for renovation. One very minor detail I noticed was this room did not even have a clock, I used my IPhone for my clock. Desk chair is very aged and stained. TV is small compared to hotel TV’s nowadays. Bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Renovating or not, this particular room, for me, was not worth the cost. With all that said I will continue to book future reservations with Hampton Inn & Suites because usually they exceed in cleanliness and comfort at a reasonable cost.
