Disliked: Needs cameras on each side. This is a MUST these days. My drivers side truck window was broken out and local punk bitches attempted to rob my vehicle. We then had to drive 260 miles home with no glass in the driver door. GET SOME CAMERAS!! Your guest deserve for their property to be protected!!

Liked: I was very sick and had to check out sooner than expected. The beds were comfortable when I did sleep.
Disliked: They only refunded one night of the three I was supposed to stay. I only stayed one night. I was disappointed they didn't prorate the second night as I left at 7 pm.

Liked: Everything was what we expected, have stayed there before and plan on making it the main place we stay each time we visit Norman, OK.
Disliked: Problem had was a light bulb was out and mentioned it couple time to front desk, but it wasn't replaced. Wasn't a serious problem, but just an annoyance because it sat next to the sofa. The other problem was the breakfast, first morning we stayed there. No orange or apple juice, many of the food items was very minimal, (bread, bagel, etc.) and had to tell them no pancake batter was there. Second morning was better, appears that their supplies arrived for the second day.

Liked: We stayed on the 4th floor and room next to us smoking pot so heavily they set off the fire alarm at 4:00am. Everyone in the hotel made their way to the lobby and these very high guys were laughing and making themselves noticeable. We didn’t know what was going on. They were suspicious and scary. The desk clerk was trying to talk with management before calling police. These guys passed out snacks and water when she was trying to figure out what was going on. I’m thankful they were just high. Because if they truly dangerous individuals we would’ve been all at their mercy. The police should’ve been called if for no other reason than to secure the lives and have another set of eyes on what was going on. Those guys ended up being in the room right next to ours and kept us up a while longer. To be woke up i. The middle of the night and rushing out of our room with my daughter and granddaughter is not the situation anyone wants to be put in.!
