This was not normal for...

Liked: The location was excellent being close to St. Mary’s Hospital. The facility was very nice and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I had a problem turning on the TV. The front desk provided new batteries for the remote however I had to install the new batteries several times before it finally turned on the TV. After turning it on, the reception was very poor due to an issue with the Satellite service. The next morning I didn’t have hot water and had to take a cold shower.
