We really had a good stay. Had no problems finding the hotel. Not alot of parking spots, but staff made sure we had a place to park. The shuttle service was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Hotel was very clean. Staff extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle service was wonderful. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: It took about 3 calls and a stop at the desk to get an extra blanket.

Liked: The issue was that paid parking charge was not indicated on the reservation so it was an unknown additional fee that should not have been added. Put a gate in and you won’t have to worry about people parking in there.
Disliked: There should not be a parking charge for that hotel. It was not published in the reservation. Or on Booking.com.

This is my third stay...

Liked: Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was adequate. Safe location in an interesting neighborhood.
Disliked: Pool area was not cleaned overnight, and was filthy.

Bad

Liked: Close to the venue for the concert we were attending.
Disliked: The water view on pictures was nothing like what I actually saw out of my window. I couldn’t even get fresh towels to the room. Supposedly you have to call the front desk to request them and they told me 30 mins. I waited over 3 hours and still no towels. I literally had to go down to the front desk and complain and then the lady went right to the laundry room to give me towels. Mind you the housekeeping cart was right in front of my room but they wouldn’t give me towels from there.
