We really had a good stay. Had no problems finding the hotel. Not alot of parking spots, but staff made sure we had a place to park. The shuttle service was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Hotel was very clean. Staff extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle service was wonderful. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: It took about 3 calls and a stop at the desk to get an extra blanket.

Disliked: Room was not properly cleaned. You can see dust inside the drawers. We had Breakfast at 7 am they run out of plates, per staff they dont have any to give, did not replenish some of the food.

Liked: Second lady was helpful. Beds good. Plenty of hot water.
Disliked: Why build a hotel next to railway but no double glazing or sound proofing. So noisy.Breakfast terrible. 40 seats for 200 People. Food ran out and what there was was mostly inedible.No towel in our room for shower. Had to use hand towel on first day. Daughters room toilet didn't flush. Not fixed first time we asked. Fixed on second go.
