Would NOT go back!

Liked: Clean, bug free, one experiences one nice staff member at front desk, and location was decent.
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable at all. Hard beds and we did not sleep well because of this; Also, we were not told there was $40 per night for parking....I was charge $80 extra and not told about it. For the price of our room, that should be included!!! Also, the breakfast was not very good. Orange juice was watered down, food always ran out/none left, and not very good options.

Liked: They took $300 security deposit and I still haven’t received it back
Disliked: That they actually take the money from your bank most companies take a security deposit as a holding They have kept my deposit despite saying they have returned it

Liked: Everyone was incredibly friendly and the room was very comfortable. We made new friends at the rooftop bar
Disliked: They didn’t have regular (not sweet) creamer at either of the coffee bars.

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: Facility was very clean and up to date. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee bar, gym access and breakfast was more than sufficient. Location was not as close to Broadway as I had hoped. I recommend using an Uber. Overall, good value and very pleasant stay.
Disliked: I thought the hotel would be a little closer to Broadway/Music Row. Driving to Broadway was not a good idea and a mile walk does not seem terribly long. However, it was cold and rainy and there was construction taking place on the streets, so the walk was not direct. Recommend Ubering if you stat at this location. As far as our room, it was clean and up to date. We had a double room with two queen beds, but the beds seemed smaller than queen.

Liked: Location, breakfast, nearby restaurants within walking distance was great, short Uber ride to Broadway.

Liked: Perfect location for us!! Within walking distance of great food and the staff were very friendly the entire time. Pierson at the front desk was amazing!!
