Liked: We have stayed at this Hampton Inn multiple times. The hotel is nice - we like the breakfast area and the rooms are quiet. We haven't stayed there during a concert though.
Disliked: Half pillows!! Who thought that this was a good idea? The breakfast area was swamped by multiple groups of high school students. With only one person working breakfast on a Saturday morning, things ran behind for a while. She did a great job but should have had someone there to help her. Also, the Boise area is always expensive for hotels, even without special events going on.

Not good, and Booking is...

Liked: I don't know? When I checked with the hotel prior to our flight leaving Salt Lake City, I was told I had no reservation. I called the hotel because my reservation did not show up on my booking app, either. Then, I was billed by the hotel for all seven rooms we did not use.

My car rental did not show on my app either, so I had to scramble to get a vehicle and hotel rooms as I was trying to catch my flight.
