Disliked: We have not received a refund for the $40 which was charged to our credit card in case we needed something from the convenience store next to the front desk. We did not purchase anything but refund was not reflected on our receipt when we checked out.

Great hotel for our overnight...

Liked: The hotel was clean. The continental breakfast offered a good variety. The food was tasty.
Disliked: When I made reservations, I made them for a two bedroom suite. However when I called to verify that fact with the facility, I was informed that it was only a one bedroom with two beds. Our intent was to have my Mother-In-Law stay with us in the second bedroom. As a result, we had to make an additional reservation for a single room. Therefore incurring more cost. The staff were helpful, just not over friendly.

Liked: The bed was extra comfy and the breakfast was excellent!!!!!
Disliked: No big deal but there were paint patches all over the main door to the room. It looks like they were trying to cover something but never painted the door. There were at least 8 to 10 patches.
