Decent stay for one night,...
Liked: Location was convenient for my business purposes. The room was accommodating and tidy.
Disliked: My senior discount was not applied as requested at check in. Nor was the damage fee ever reimbursed to my card, I highly disagree with this fee, as the facility has my card information on file, it should only be charged if in fact there was loss or damage done with proof thereof. Breakfast quality was marginal at best.

I'll never stay there again.
Liked: The hotel was over priced because it was homecoming for West Virginia Univeersity.
Disliked: I have a service dog. During breakfast on Friday, October 18, 2024, one of the employees (Desi) made sure to say loudly I couldn't have my dog by the food line. I told her I could and she said it's hotel policy to not let service dogs in the food line. I said that's a violation of the American's With Disabilities Act and she said I could have a family member get my food for me. Keep in mind, I hadn't even seen what was available yet. And, she assumed I was traveling with someone. I was, but she had no proof of that at the tiime she confronted me. I told her again, "That's a vioaltion of the ADA". She was walking away at this point and yelled across the room "I know my ADA laws too" and continued out of the breakfast area. EVERYONE was staring at me. My daughter did get me something to eat but the food was cold and kinda gross. Knowing Desi is wrong, I immediately called Hilton corporate to report the incident. She kept looking at me while I was on the phone so I believe she knew what I was doing. After I ate, I walked my dog in the dog walking area (approximately 20 minutes has passed by this time). When I reentered the hotel, Desi stopped me and said she was wrong and apologized for telling me I can't have my dog in the food line. I said "Are you going to admit you were wrong in front of everyone in the breakfast area"? She said "I admitted I was wrong and apologized". I said "Yeah, to me but everyone in that room thinks I was wrong, not you". She didn't say anything and I said "I didn't think so". She completely embarassed me by yelling at me like that in front of a rooom full of people. I could sue the hotel for violating my rights under the American's With Disabilities Act, but I don't feel like going back to West Virginia to do so. She's lucky and so is Hilton. I will definitely never go back to that hotel.
