We enjoyed our stay overall.

Liked: We liked the breakfast. I also personally love the shampoo and conditioner that’s in the rooms. Also the beds were comfortable in our room atleast. It also was peaceful and no one disturbed us.
Disliked: The only thing we wish they would’ve had was instead of scrambled eggs those yellow omelets just because I’m not a big egg person. Also the other thing was they won’t take cash for the incidental fee which put us checking in late and late to our reservation. We think cash should be accepted for the incidental so we can get it right back when we check out! It shouldn’t be held for days after check out because it’s expected of us to pay it right up front (which is understandable) but when we check out we should get our money RIGHT back! Besides those two things though we had a great experience.

Liked: Great breakfast! I think her name was Evelyn or Elouise made omelets on our 2nd day after my husband asked if they might be on the menu. Breakfast is why we stay at Hampton Inn.
Disliked: The bed was hard

Disliked: I will say the room we was in we think the mattresses may need to be updated. They were a little hard for my liking.

Disliked: 3:30 arrival was met with a crowded lobby and a flustered clerk unable to check anyone in because the computer was down. By 6:00pm decided to find another hotel and dispute the $101.75 Booking.com charge. Pls take appropriate action..
