Liked: The staff was very friendly. Also it was a nice hotel overall.
Disliked: I will say the room we was in we think the mattresses may need to be updated. They were a little hard for my liking.

Disliked: Broken tile floor in one elevator and bathroom needed updating.

Disliked: 3:30 arrival was met with a crowded lobby and a flustered clerk unable to check anyone in because the computer was down. By 6:00pm decided to find another hotel and dispute the $101.75 Booking.com charge. Pls take appropriate action..

Liked: The staff is sweet
Disliked: We were put in a room infested with fleas. We moved to another room and it was ok but had dead fleas in the linens and towels. We have stayed at this hotel for every home Jaguars game and each week it gets worse and worse. The floors are disgusting, we find gross food remnants all throughout the rooms and this last stay was the final straw. FLEAS!
