Liked: Clean rooms, friendly staffs, great breakfast.

Liked: The staff was accommodating, friendly and made us feel so welcome. Special mention for Julia.Our rooms were comfortable. We need more lighting. It was nice to have our rooms connected.

We would stay again if...

Liked: Clean, offered breakfast by 6am (we had to leave by 6:45am), good location.
Disliked: Only complaint is we were on 2nd floor and guests in room above us were loud/a lot of heavy walking after 9:00pm and we already trying to sleep.

Liked: Location was close to family we were visiting for the holidays.

Liked: Close to the College
Disliked: I don’t like elevators , and the elevators in that hotel are terrible. I needed a roll in shower or a walk in shower and I ended up with a tub I ask for a shower chair and they gave me something that connects to the side of the tub which was very low so it was hard for me to get in and out without help….
