Disappointing

Liked: Pool area was nice. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I booked on booking.com and the pictures didn’t match the room I got. I got a double queen room which was very tight and I booked for 2 adults and 3 kids. The pictures showed I was getting a room with 2 queens plus a sitting area including a couch. When I asked at the front desk, he didn’t seem too interested in my concern and stated it was booking.com’s fault and there was nothing he could do. Booking.com indicated that they would contact the hotel but our stay has come and gone and no one cares that they are misleading customers. I would have booked elsewhere had I known what I was getting. I will likely use a different booking site next time.
