Liked: The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the restaurant.
Disliked: The price was a little higher than we typically pay for similar hotel stays, but we would book here again.

Disliked: Staff. We arrived between 7:00-7:30 pm on a weekday. No one was staffing the front desk. There was a sign stating that they had stepped away and would be back shortly. After waiting for over 10 minutes with zero staff on site anywhere on the main floor, the clerk finally showed up. For breakfast, the person working looked pretty unhappy to be there. When we checked out, we asked for a printed copy of the receipt. The person working at the desk refused, stating that because we had booked at Booking.com, the hotel doesn't provide a receipt - which is utterly crazy, we had stayed at another Hampton Inn and Suites a few days earlier and they happily provided a printed receipt when asked.
