Disliked: The bed in room 218 closest to the window was very squeaky and was right next to the window wall which means you could not get in the bed on that side. The other bed was also up against the wall so we had to sleep in two separate beds for the first time ever. The alarm clock could not be reset - something was wrong with it - so we unplugged it so it wouldn’t go off at 5:30 am which is where it was set at We alerted front desk about the squeaky bed and they said they would look into it

Liked: Hamptons always have the best and most comfortable beds, and their pillows are moldable to what shape I need.
Disliked: The toilet flusher did not reset after a flush; you had to push it back up into position. I remember there being more variety in pillow softness and size, but after asking for a few more pillows from the front desk, we were fine.

Well worth it.

Liked: Everything was great. The room was spotless. The breakfast was good. Pool and exercise room was put to good use.
