Did not meet my expectations...

Liked: Location was good, near freeway exit/entry. Our room was comfortable.
Disliked: They had construction going on. The first day, wires hanging from the ceiling to the floor all over on floor 3. The 2nd day, there were crews hanging wallpaper in the hallway. They were nice and always stepped aside.There was a dog bark in our hallway the 1st night; Reported - didn't know it was a pet-friendly hotel.There was definitely cigarette smoke in our hallway Friday morning. Reported.Friday breakfast was good. Saturday breakfast was awful. We were early in line and the egg omelets were already cold as well as the potatoes. There was always oatmeal or waffles, little muffins, bread or a pastry. Coffee selection was good. The front staff was nice and always tried to meet our needs.

Liked: Fold out couch was comfortable and coffee was decent if you could catch it before it was cold or empty.
Disliked: Practically everything was worn out,dirty,broken,out of order,locked up or neglected. The first impression was made when I asked if the hot tub was working. She laughed at me! In other words, you paid premium for Hampton and get little for your dollars. This was the theme throughout the stay. TVs were worn out in lobby and the rooms. Our room tv had 12 round pale halos each the size of coffee cups on the screen. I was astonished on check out the lady in front of me had the same problem. YouTube research said it was possibly reflector discs have fallen off back of display from heat and age. Toilets were very dirty and was told they were old(insert laugh). They were not old, just neglected by lazy staff. See pictures. Cobb webs were hanging in breakfast area, pool was locked and card did not work for this area. Abysmal stay and lifetime turnoff for Hampton Inns for me. Other guest at checkout was demanding first and last name of the manager and email so she was obviously disappointed too. You have been warned. Pay more next door and enjoy your vacation and you won’t have to look at toilet rings.

Disliked: The walls were dirty, my room smelt like mold, and the bed frames need right be replaced they squeak so much.
