Decent hotel for a night’s...

Liked: Courteous staff, good breakfast and prompt service
Disliked: Plumbing and room decor were unwelcoming

The room was decent but...

Liked: Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Large shower with excellent water pressure. Staff was nice and breakfast was great.
Disliked: Very disappointed that the hot tub and pool were closed. When we travel, we only choose hotels with a hot tub, it’s very important to us. We went to use the hot tub and it was closed and covered in leaves. Staff told us at the desk that it’s “closed for the season”. Winter IS hot tub season! No indication online whatsoever that these facilities were closed, or we would have gone elsewhere. Next time I’ll call to verify that the hot tub/pool is open. Another issue we had was the construction going on in the room literally directly across from ours. Loud sawing going on, all day on a Saturday.

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Had to wait about 29 minutes for someone to be at front desk to check us in. I reserved 3 Kung Suites. Problems in all 3 rooms. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Smoke alarm was chirping. Thermostat fell off wall. Had to fix toilet in my daughter’s room as well.

You need to fix everything...
